  2. Decided to work with us?  We will complete the paperwork (IWP-Individual Work Plan)

  3. Return your signed IWP to: CDTC, PO Box 94574, Birmingham, AL 35220

  4. The Independent Job Developer (IJD) for your state will assist you with your employment goal(s)
