Bettie J. Sparks is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a graduate of Syracuse University with degrees in Human Services, Child & Family Studies, a Masters in Vocational Rehabilitation/Counseling, with a CRC/R, an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters and is a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP).

 

L. Monic Sparks-Ervin is the Executive Officer that graduated from University of Virginia as Magna Cum Laude.  She earned her BA in Sociology. Works to support the business and its members with operational needs of the company.  Ms. Sparks-Ervin is a Certified Community Benefits Counselor.

 

Tara Woods-Bell is the Disability Specialist.  She works closely with Job Developers and appropriate Client Referral Services.  She is a graduate of University of Alabama at Birmingham and holds a BA in Sociology-Social Psychology concentration, a Masters in Counseling-Rehabilitation Specialty and a BS in Psychology.  In addition to all of the services she provides, Ms. Woods-Bell is a Certified Community Benefits Counselor.

Scott Ervin is the Technology Officer who works to keep our systems up-to-date and every day technology needs running smoothly.

Career Development Training Center provides Practicum and Internship opportunities to students from various colleges and universities in the state of Alabama working towards a degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling.
